THANK YOU! THANK YOU! for such wonderful help, support, generosity and friendship that you all gave last weekend at the Flower Festival. We at St Mary's are especially grateful to you all at St Paul's for the cakes, stewarding and help so willingly given. If you haven't already seen it do have a look at the Church website with the beautiful photos of the festival taken by Clive and Ann. Thank you also to the bell ringers who rang at the Marriage Blessing Service which meant so much to those who had been married at the Church (one couple 61 years) who were renewing their vows. The name drawn for the figurine was Ingrid which had been chosen by Kate Spall. We would also like to thank Russell for taking the two lovely Services and to Ashley for playing at them. Everyone who came into St Mary's over the weekend not only admired the flowers but also commented about the beauty of the Church. Gross takings for the weekend were in excess of 1,500.
